The Regency Ramblers Rod & Custom Club is one of the more active rod and custom clubs in Sydney. They hold regular swap meets and an annual billy cart derby. This year's derby was held on May 8th at the Lansdowne Cycle Track, Lansdowne, Sydney. There ws a good turn out of rods and customs with a good mix of traditional and modern vehicles on show. The trailer was great . It is made of fibreglass and took 3½ years to design and build. The bodies only are sold, so the purchaser must mount them onto a chassis. This is the second body built. The first body was mounted on the roof of a station wagon. That first modified to give working lights, the centre light being a stop light and the outer lights being indicators.
